Team Leader Finance Operations, Band 7

  • Full Time, Temporary
  • 4 weeks backfill, dates required: Late October until late November 2024. 

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Finance Strategy Unit and the organisation by:

  • Provide Support to the Financial Accounting staff, supervising direct reports who undertake the day to day financial operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing cards, library reporting, bank reconciliations, and ledger reconciliations).
  • Provide financial services for the Goldfields Library Corporation including payments, investments, budgeting, reporting and auditing processes.
  • Reporting and costing of taxation and other expenses application to the City of Greater Bendigo.
  • Ensure completion of balance sheet and profit and loss reconciliations on a regular basis.
