Project Delivery Officer, Band 5

  • Approx. 16 June 2025 to 8 August 2025 

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Property Services Unit and the organisation by:

  • Review the current existing assigned program of works for the position and undertake appropriate actions to ensure the successful delivery of each project.
  • Ensure the effective planning, design, documentation and delivery of approved and proposed minor capital works projects across the organisation through management of experienced consultants, contractors and other service providers to ensure the best value for money is being provided to meet both council and community requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct building condition audits and record data to inform strategic asset management, renewal and maintenance requirements.
