Manager Customer Experience and Corporate Planning

  • Full Time, Temporary
  • Initial period up to approx. 9 weeks backfill, dates required: 29 April 2024 – 28 June 2024 (depending on recruitment)

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Customer Experience and Corporate Planning Unit and the organisation by:

  • Demonstrating leadership and direction across the Customer Experience and Corporate Planning teams to drive the required outcomes
  • Leading and empowering the unit in the provision of high quality multi-channel customer service
  • Lead and participate in organisational Service Reviews and support implementation of recommended changes for effective and efficient service delivery across the organisation
  • Participating productively and positively as a member of the Corporate Performance Directorate leadership team
  • Applying leadership to facilitate ​​​​​​​Service and Business Planning processes across the organisation for effective cross organisation operational planning and resource allocation
