The Role

In this part-time role (19 hours per week), you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional visitor experiences by managing ticket builds, supporting Tessitura users, and ensuring accurate data and reporting. If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about arts and culture, this is your chance to contribute to one of Australia’s leading regional galleries.

About You

You’re an organised and proactive professional with experience in ticketing systems and databases—ideally Tessitura. You thrive in a collaborative environment, have strong communication skills, and can juggle priorities with ease. Your commitment to customer service and ability to solve problems creatively make you the perfect fit for this dynamic role.
