Coordinator IT Services, Band 8

  • Full time, Temporary
  • 4 weeks backfill, dates required appox: 8th May until 8th June 2024

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Information Technology Unit and the organisation by:

  • Lead and mentor the IT Service Team.
  • Support daily operations of the IT Services Team, focusing on good service management practices, including incidents, service requests and, and problem solving.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach and first-call resolution approach to the IT Services team interactions.
  • Support the team in achieving specific business plan goals and actions.
