The Role
Working within our newly formed Major Projects and Portfolio Management unit, you will:
- Provide influential, credible and strategic advice to third party entities such as Development Victoria, delivering capital projects on behalf of the City of Greater Bendigo
- Coordinate relationships with key organisations such as to ensure effective delivery of major capital upgrades
- Provide influential oversight to ensure effective management and delivery of key corporate projects and programs
- Provide oversight and coordination of capital projects and programs including managing relationships with funding bodies, grant acquittals and financial reporting
This role is a parental leave backfill, with a end date of September 2025.
About You
To be successful in this varied position, you will have:
- Highly developed project management and change management skills
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in team leadership and development
- Formal qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Asset Management or Business
A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
