You will provide high level solution focused customer experience to resolve customer enquiries, transactions and across multi service channels including inbound call centre, email/web, webchat and face to face via Concierge and Cashier / Front of House at the City’s Service Centres.

You will have a customer service focus, have knowledge and experience as a Customer Support Officer and take a lead in supporting various functions by the team and provide support to Customer Support Officers.

As the successful candidate, you will have demonstrated experience in the principles and practices of customer service and call centre environments as well as the ability to work within a diverse and dynamic team.

The ability to be empathetic and remain patient is essential whilst displaying strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

This role is part time, 3 days a week with flexibility on the work days worked.
