The Role
Join our Financial Strategy unit; who is responsible for ensuring professional stewardship over the City’s finances.
In this varied role you will provide high level administrative, project and finance transaction processing support across the unit to improve assurance, policies and systems. You will provide support in the development, consultation and implementation of policies, procedures and systems information internally and externally and undertake a range of administration tasks, including administration support for the Manager.
You will support internal communications, document management and preparing reports and correspondence while considering continuous improvements and streamlining processes to improve efficiencies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience in administration, project support and/or finance. You will be organised, proactive, have great communication, computer and time management skills, can contribute to making improvements and enjoy working in a team environment.
A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
