The Role:
Are you an enthusiastic and motivated team player who is committed to delivering high quality visitor services? Come join our award winning Bendigo and Heathcote Visitor Centres where you will assist customers by providing advice on the region, provide retail service, plan itineraries and book accommodation, tours, and tickets.
The Bendigo and Heathcote Visitor Centres are open 7 days per week and service over 120,000 people annually combined. They deliver an innovative range of visitor servicing programs and provide enriched visitor experiences within the region. Some flexibility in working hours is required including early starts, weekends, public holidays and/or evening work. Join us and support our visitors to experience what our region has to offer.
About You:
You will have exceptional customer service skills and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to browse and research on the Internet. Effective time management skills and the ability to work as part of a highly motivated team are essential.
This role requires a satisfactory police records check and an Employee Working with Children Check.
