The role

As our IT Web Design Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the City of Greater Bendigo websites and web applications. You will create visually appealing, functional and user-friendly web designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.

You will also manage information published on our websites and undertake regular audits to ensure it is up to date, of a high standard, reflects our corporate messaging, and complies with identified standards as well as relevant legislative and statutory requirements.

In this varied role, you will also analyse web performance, conduct user research and implement improvements to enhance user experience and functionality.

You will be working across a diverse range of websites, ranging from our corporate website to small project sites, that have over 4 million views per year combined.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have relevant IT qualifications and demonstrated web design experience in complex web solutions. You will have knowledge of current and emerging trends for websites and user experience design, project management skills, have a customer service focus with excellent time management and communication skills.

A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
