The Role
Working within our Strategic Planning unit, you will
- Plan for key strategic infrastructure to support the City’s urban growth and major development areas.
- Manage the preparation, costing, administration and implementation of Development Contribution Schemes.
- Manage a range of projects including engaging with consultants, preparing project briefs and reviewing reports to support the planning and delivery of key strategic infrastructure projects.
- Provide specialist advice and support on infrastructure and engineering matters.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant qualifications in project management, infrastructure planning, engineering or similar.
- Experience in the planning, design, delivery and project management of infrastructure and infrastructure related projects, including strategies, plans, policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, ministerial guidelines and practice notes in relation to urban growth, subdivision and infrastructure planning.
- Excellent written, communication and engagement skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
