The Role

In this varied role, you will deliver safe, effective and efficient Front of House operations for all events, functions and performances in all Bendigo Venues and Events venues, which include the Ulumbarra and Capital Theatres. You will:

  • provide a welcoming experience and excellent customer service to people attending performances and events
  • provide a consistently professional experience for all audiences
  • ensure that all public areas are presented to a high standard

On the job training will be provided

The role requires availability on weekdays, weekends and evenings for event shifts. 

Eligibility: This opportunity is available to current casual staff members. Staff members currently employed in ongoing or temporary positions are not eligible to be employed in an additional casual position. 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • good communication skills with a customer service focus
  • the ability use your initiative, remain calm and problem-solve
  • the ability to work with minimal supervision

A employee Working with Children check is required for this role.
