The role

The City of Greater Bendigo is planning and preparing for a population of 200,000 by 2050. To support this growth, there are some exciting projects underway including the Bendigo Regional Employment Precinct and a number of new residential growth precincts.

In this varied role, you will be proactive in undertaking infrastructure planning for residential, industrial and commercial areas to support the future growth. A critical aspect of this role is also overseeing the City’s development contributions governance framework, which includes the coordination, preparation, evaluation, implementation and reporting of development contributions agreements (Development Contributions Plans, section 173 agreements, or other mechanisms).

About You

To be successful in this role you will have highly developed infrastructure planning experience, including analytical, investigative, interpretative, financial and project management skills. You will have experience in, or an excellent understanding of, coordinating development contributions agreements.

A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
