The role

As our Team Leader – Box Office Services you will oversee ticket sales, customer service, and patron database management for our five venues: Ulumbarra Theatre, The Capital, Engine Room, Dudley House, and the Bendigo Town Hall.

Responsibilities in this varied role include managing customer interactions, coordinating performances and events, improving the ticketing system, supervising Box Office staff, providing accurate information to customers, participating in State networks, and ensuring accurate box office reconciliation.

This role is located at The Capital Theatre and is part time, with the required hours being Monday 9:30am – 1:30pm and Wednesday 9:30am – 1:06pm.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • a customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • leadership skills and/or experience
  • experience in box office management, events, or a related field and be familiar with ticketing systems
  • be detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

A satisfactory Police Record Check and Working with Children Check is required for this position.
