The role

In this busy and varied position, you will provide administration support to the Safe Environments Unit to ensure a flexible, prompt and responsive service to our customers and to support its statutory obligations, and its objectives under the Council and Service Unit Plans.

About You

You will have previous administration experience and the ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively. A strong customer service focus, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and sound written communication skills.  Preparing letters and emails, using digital technologies and a sense of urgency are essential for this role. Previous Pathways experience will be highly desirable.

This role is 4 days a week, with flexibility on which days of the week are worked.

A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
