The Role

The Employee Relations team is seeking an enthusiastic, highly experienced human resources (HR) / industrial relations (IR) professional to join their collaborative team.

You will provide specialist HR and IR advice and support to people managers and employees, ensuring best practice outcomes across employee relations, workplace matters, performance management, enterprise agreement interpretation and organisational change.

Partnering with the organisation, you will have the capacity to influence outcomes and develop positive client relationships.

About You

You are a qualified and experienced HR/IR professional that has the capability to proactively support leaders to develop solutions and drive continuous improvement. You will bring your ability to think laterally and problem solve while being organised and prioritising a range of competing demands - you thrive in a complex, ever changing, busy environment.

You possess excellent communication, time management, negotiation and influencing skills and enjoy working in a team environment.

This role requires a satisfactory police records check and employee Working with Children Check.
