The role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide systems and administrative support to the Immunisation team and provide high-quality customer service to internal and external consumers.

You will provide a customer focused service to all clients including over the phone and email, and undertake a range of administrative functions for the unit.

About You

You will have a customer service focus, relevant administration experience including processing accounts and invoices, along with the ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people, good verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills with the ability to record accurate notes and prepare routine correspondence are essential for this role.
