The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the Greater Bendigo community’s future. As an experienced corporate strategic planner you will develop, monitor and evaluate the City of Greater Bendigo’s Council Plan, Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan, and associated plans and strategies. 

In this varied role, you will build capability across the organisation on contemporary approaches in integrated strategic planning, build staff capability, and contribute to continuous improvements to the integrated strategic planning and service delivery processes of the organisation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous experience in corporate strategic planning
  • Knowledge and experience in the research and preparation of strategic plans that support service delivery
  • Excellent research and analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in preparing and presenting high quality reports
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong project management skills

A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
