The Role

This role supports our childcare centres, the Centralised Registration and Enrolment Service (CRES) and the School Crossing Program to ensure services are safe, inclusive and child‑centred as well as meeting the needs of our community. Additionally, the successful candidate will guide and support staff, contribute to planning and improvement work, oversee day‑to‑day service delivery and ensure programs meet all required standards, regulations and funding obligations.

About You

To be successful, you will bring strong, values‑based leadership and experience working in Early Years or community‑focused services. You are confident supporting and developing teams, building positive relationships and keeping services running smoothly. You understand what high‑quality, child‑safe practice look like and are comfortable working within guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements.

You will have strong communication and organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to balance different priorities. You are someone who works collaboratively, thinks ahead and contributes to a positive, supportive workplace.

A satisfactory Police Check, an Employee Working with Children Check and current Drivers licence are all required for this position.
