The Role

In this busy and varied role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and project support for the Manager Economy and Experience and the broader unit.

You will undertake a broad range of high-level administrative duties, support and track a range of projects and initiatives across the Major Events, Economic Growth, Destination Experience, Livestock Exchange and Bendigo Airport teams. Undertake finance tasks and assist with preparation of a range of reports and written correspondence. 

Half of your time will be spent on administration duties whilst the other half you will provide project support on project such as:

  • Tracking actions and key deliverables across the unit
  • Collating and presenting monthly unit reporting
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a customer service focus, excellent administrative and project support skills together with strong verbal and written communication skills, excel in time management and financial accounting skills.

You will be highly proficient with a broad range of software programs, including Microsoft Office.

A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
