The Role

We're looking for casual Audience Services Officers to help provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for visitors at Bendigo Venues & Events.

In this customer-facing role, you'll assist with event-based ticketing and customer enquiries and supporting the smooth delivery of events. You'll help maintain a safe and well-presented venue while providing friendly and professional service to audiences.

About You

You enjoy working with people and delivering great customer service. Experience in hospitality, retail, tourism, events or another customer-facing role will be highly regarded.

You are reliable, approachable and able to remain calm in a busy environment. A team player with a positive attitude, you take pride in helping visitors have a positive experience and are comfortable following procedures and instructions.

This role requires a pre-employment medical, satisfactory police records check and employee Working with Children Check.
