The Role  

Are you an experienced Educational Leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a passionate and inspiring early childhood professional to join our Strategic Improvement Team and help strengthen educational practice across our Early Years Services.

Reporting to the Child Safeguarding Senior Advisor, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Early Years Mentor and contribute to the quality and continuous improvement of our Early Years Services. You will support educators and leaders through coaching, professional learning and collaborative partnerships, helping to strengthen practice, enhance educational programs and create learning environments where children can thrive.

You will champion reflective practice, continuous improvement and evidence-informed approaches to teaching and learning, while contributing to strategic initiatives that drive meaningful and sustainable improvements across multiple services. This is an opportunity to influence practice beyond a single centre and play an important role in shaping the future of quality early childhood education.

About You 

You are an experienced early childhood professional with strong pedagogical knowledge and a passion for supporting others to learn and grow. You build positive relationships, facilitate meaningful professional conversations and inspire educators to reflect on and strengthen their practice.

You bring experience in educational leadership, professional learning and coaching, along with a sound understanding of the Approved Learning Frameworks, relevant legislation and Victorian Child Safe Standards. You can balance strategic thinking with practical support and enjoy working collaboratively with educators, leaders and specialist staff across multiple services.

A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or a related discipline), Working with Children Check (Employee), Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis qualifications and a satisfactory Police Record Check are required.
