About the Roles
We are seeking customer-focused Exhibition Attendants and experienced Supervisors to support the successful delivery of engaging, high-quality visitor experiences. These roles play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of exhibition spaces, providing a safe, welcoming and informative environment for all visitors.

Exhibitions are scheduled to run from August to December 2026 and again from March to June 2027.

Given there are multiple positions available, group interviews will be taking place on 18th & 19th June with panel interviews to follow for candidates progressing in the process.

Exhibition Attendants (Band 3) Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a friendly and engaging front-line customer experience, welcoming visitors and providing information
  • Monitor exhibition spaces to ensure safety, presentation standards and smooth visitor flow
  • Support daily operations, responding to visitor queries and assisting with general coordination

Exhibition Supervisors (Band 4) Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of Attendants, providing guidance and direction during shifts
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff allocation, visitor flow and issue resolution
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery, safety and operational compliance are maintained

What We’re Looking For

Exhibition Attendants:

  • Strong customer service skills with a confident, approachable manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Reliable, adaptable and comfortable in a public-facing setting

 Exhibition Supervisors:

  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to lead by example and support teams to deliver excellent visitor outcomes

This role requires a satisfactory police records check and employee Working with Children Check.
