The Role
We are seeking multiple casual staff to support the delivery of our community events, which include Summer in the Parks, Family Fun Days and Youth events.
Duties undertaken will vary depending on each event, but could include:
- Supporting event activation
- Attending events and co-facilitating activities
- Setting up and packing up events
- Raising purchase orders and finance activities
- Organising venue bookings, catering, entertainment, and marketing materials
Our events are held across the Greater Bendigo region and are held on weekdays, nights, and weekends – with availability required for these times.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Event management or hospitality experience, be currently studying event management, business management, communications, related disciplines or have related experience.
- Experience in youth-based programs, events and projects
- Great communication, time management, and organisation skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment and supporting our community
A current Victorian driver’s licence, a satisfactory police check and employee Working with Children Check are required.
