The role

Utilising your project management and auditing skills, you will:

  • Conduct audits of all leasing instruments and reconcile findings against current system data
  • Draft tenant communications including correspondence, documentation and responses to enquiries, ensuring adherence to approved templates, procedures and policy
  • Develop and embed robust, transparent processes to support long‑term financial accuracy and sustainable governance of leases in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

 

About You

To be successful in this varied role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated financial skills and experience in reconciliation and audit processes
  • Excellent organisational, time management and project management skills, with the ability to ensure the project meets required deadlines, as per the scope.
  • Experience in understanding and interpreting leasing instruments, contracts or other legal documents
  • Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated experience of producing quality work free from mistakes and discrepancies
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of computer systems and programs with the willingness to learn new software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare quality documents such as reports
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.

 

A satisfactory police check is required for this role.
