The Role

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Officer to join our Bendigo Venues and Events technical team. Over a six-month period, you’ll play a key role in supporting a range of technical and administrative initiatives, including:

  • Developing procedures and guidelines to support the asset renewal process
  • Assisting in the design and publication of intranet content
  • Supporting the labelling and signage of technical equipment and storage areas
  • Creating internal templates and contributing to the audit and update of staff training records
  • Helping establish systems for tracking building and equipment maintenance records

This role is based at The Capital, Bendigo, and will work primarily Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Strong IT, administrative, organisational and time management skills
  • An understanding of technical operations within live entertainment venues or similar environments especially the procedures, systems and safety requirements will be highly regarded
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a team environment
