The Role

In this new position, you will support our local businesses to enhance their business success. You will undertake a range of duties including:

  • With a customer service focus, act as the main point of contact for City’s Business Help Desk to ensure timely and accurate advice is provided to businesses on matters relating to starting, moving and expanding business
  • Prepare a fortnightly Business Matters Newsletter including identification of insights that upskill, support and inform industry
  • Provide high level administrative support including for the annual business survey, annual event program and email enquiries
  • Maintain an industry engagement calendar to support industry insights and collaboration
  • Provide high level support with key projects; track projects, undertake research and survey work.

  • Have high level administration and project management skills and interest in a career in Economic Growth
  • A customer service focus with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, ability to prioritise tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Enjoy working in team environment and supporting our local business community

A satisfactory police check is required for this position.
