The Role

In this project role as our IT Project Information Officer, you will work with the team to review, classify, sentence and re-box physical archives to ensure that our physical archives are correctly indexed, stored, retained and disposed in accordance with the PROV retention and disposal authorities.

The role will involve travel and undertaking work at both our Galkangu (Bendigo Gov Hub Office, Lyttleton Terrace, Bendigo) and the Depot in Adam Street, Golden Square.

We have 2 positions available and this role works 2 days a week, with flexibility on the days worked. 

About You

As the successful applicant, you will have knowledge and experience in records management, knowledge of the Records and Disposal authorities relevant to records sentencing and disposal, good time management and organisational skills, enjoy working in a team with good communication skills.

A satisfactory police records check and drivers licence is required for this position.
