The Role

In this new position, you will provide professional and timely advice and support to hiring managers on vacancy management, recruitment, conditions of employment, labour hire, salary classifications and position descriptions.

You will support the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding support functions, with a focus on enhancing engagement and retention, efficiency and continuous improvement, ensuring systems, employment contracts, and key documents are up to date and aligned with best practice, legislation and policies.

In this varied position, you will also design, deliver, and review internal staff training to build capability in recruitment, onboarding, and employment practices and to support employee induction.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated recruitment experience and relevant qualifications
  • Dedication to fostering diversity and equal opportunity in recruitment processes
  • A customer service focus with excellent relationship building, interpersonal, presenting and communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Strong administrative and computer skills

A satisfactory police check and employee working with children check is required for this position.
