The role
Bendigo Venues and Events (BV&E) is a dynamic leader in performing arts programs and cultural activity, who inspires vibrant, creative communities. BV&E manages and programs five of Bendigo’s premiere arts and events venues - Ulumbarra Theatre, The Capital, Engine Room, Dudley House and Bendigo Town Hall and curate Djaa Djuwima. Working within our Audience and Engagement Team, you will lead our box office and front of house services teams to ensure a exceptional experiences for our audiences.
You will also lead the delivery of a range of business development and marketing initiatives to increase audience engagement and to support and leverage sponsorship and partnership agreements.
About You
To be successful in this varied position, you will have experience in leading customer focused teams, knowledge and experience in sponsorship and/or business development, and have a proactive approach in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills and enjoy working in a diverse and busy team environment.
A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
