The role

This role has a key focus to ensure there is a positive safety culture across the organisation. You will provide high level support in the management and maintenance of a highly efficient safety and environmental management system to provide a safe workplace and meet legislative requirements. Undertaking administrative tasks and project support you will be a fundamental team member within the Safety and Wellbeing team. 

Some tasks you will be responsible for are:

  • Administration duties including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes for meetings and invoice processing 
  • Coordination and maintenance support for the Intranet and internal communications
  • Maintaining the incident reporting system (Elumina)
  • Document management
  • Assisting with the coordination for the delivery of safety and wellbeing programs
  • Arranging events and training
  • Preparing reports and correspondence

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have an interest in safety and wellbeing as well as high level administration experience, enjoy working in a team environment but also able to work independently, have a customer service focus with excellent communication, computer and organisation skills.

A satisfactory police records check and Working with Children Check is required for this position.
