The Role
Working as a key member of our supportive and collaborative IT team, you will provide professional, friendly, and timely technical support through our Service Desk. You will assist with a variety of technical projects and perform daily system administration tasks and Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and user experience.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in:
- Delivering high-quality support for Microsoft technologies including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Windows OS, and Cyber Security tools
- Supporting iOS devices, desktop hardware, and business systems in a corporate environment
- Managing incidents using ITSM tools and contribute to the development and maintenance of our Standard Operating Environment (SOE)
- Performing endpoint imaging, patch management, and software deployment
- Supporting IT projects, helping to set team priorities and ensure successful delivery
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a Service Desk or IT support environment
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions and endpoint management
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and service delivery best practices
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
We welcome applications from candidates who have a tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience and demonstrated technical capability.
A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
