The Role
Working with our supportive and collaborative team, you will provide professional, friendly, timely and efficient Level 1, Level 2 and some Level 3 service desk technical support in the resolution of service desk related requests. You will also support a range of technical projects.
About You
To be successful in this busy role, you will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in supporting Microsoft solutions across Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Operating Systems and Cyber Security as well as iOS, desktop hardware, business systems and their use within a business environment.
You will have the ability to work in an IT Service Centre environment including experience with incident management toolsets, SOE creating, endpoint imaging, patch management and software deployment. The ability to priortise your own work, assist with setting team priorities and a commitment to providing excellent customer service are essential to be successful in this role.
If you hold tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience and work skills in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or similar, we welcome your application.
